1. How much do your cleaning services cost?
General cleaning starts from $65 per hour, depending on your cleaning requirements. End of lease/ bond cleaning packages start from only $169. Contact us today for an accurate price for your cleaning needs.
2. How long should I book in advance?
A good rule of thumb is the sooner you enquire, the more likely it is that we’ll have your preferred date and time available. At least one week in advance is always best.
Need it done today or tomorrow? Give us a call and we’ll do our best to slot you in.
3. How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We have flexible payment processing methods such as online and over the phone to ensure you can pay for the service securely and efficiently!
4. Who will be cleaning my home or business?
Our staff are fully trained, police cleared and qualified professionals. We conduct regular training programs to ensure every team member is up to date with the most efficient and effective cleaning methods and techniques.
5. Do I have to be at the property during the service?
Not at all. You may go about your normal day while the cleaners are working hard. If you’re unable to provide access at the scheduled time, you may leave the key in a secure spot such as a letterbox or meter box. Be sure to let us know though!
6. What if I’m not 100% satisfied with the service?
We pride ourselves on providing a quality service that you’re 100% satisfied with. However, if for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please let us know within a reasonable timeframe and we’ll do our best to rectify it promptly.
